The pool and sauna were wonderful amenities.
We encountered issues with the bed being uncomfortable as it was made up of two singles pushed together. The bathroom had mildew on the shower grouting, unacceptable. Finally, the staff's limited English sometimes led to confusion, like when I received apple tart instead of the lemon dessert I ordered. These issues really detracted from our experience.

The pool was nice, but the room wasn't clean upon arrival.

Good restaurant, bar and staff.
Parking was a constant hassle, too few parks for the guests and limited off street parking.

Reception staff very pleasant, food very good, rooms nice and clean. Flowers around the hotel were beautiful. Lovely swimming pool area.
Would have been nice to have a lift as we were on second floor. Some of the decor seemed a little tired and dated in places. Some of the fans in bathrooms rather noisey, especially when other guests leave them on for hours, and they hum and vibrate into other bedrooms.

I was expecting much better at Beausite, but found the evening meals overly expensive with nothing special. The breakfast was a complete toss-up, made worse by new staff who clearly need training. To top it off, no one even offered a complimentary gesture for all the fuss-such a letdown, really. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The place was impeccably clean and second to none, it had extremely helpful and attentive staff that fulfilled our need for a complete week of relaxation. The location was magnificent - close enough to Golf Links, Coast & Beaches and of course the Co op nearby. It also was away from the centre of St Helier.

My kids wished for a larger snack menu by the pool.

Staff was very helpful. Even in the middle of night when we wanted milk for our little one, they gave service with a smile
The dining area was a bit dated and breakfast choice was quite limited.

We have visited the hotel three times and have always enjoyed good service, comfort and cleanliness. The staff are helpful and polite and the quality of food is excellent.
The lack of a lift must be a concern for elderly visitors.

Had a sweet as stay! Spacious room and the breakfast was great. But, the pool looked lovely, wish I could've used it. The gym gear is a bit dated though.

Food, very varied choice, helpful staff, nice gardens, and surroundings.
Whilst the "Public" areas were all very smart, the bedrooms seemed a little "tired" and in need of decorating and updating.
